It is a complete honor to plan a destination wedding as the wedding couple is entrusting mewith their very important day in their new life together. I sit down with the wedding couple to discuss their vision for their wedding so I can locate the perfect venue for them. I locate the wedding venue and set the couple up with the local wedding coordinator. I found the venue based on my client’s vision, guest capacity and budget. The couple gives me the wedding guest list so that I can take the stress off the wedding couple. I also arrange for a group room block and negotiate the contract for the room block for the lodging accommodations
for the wedding guests. I make sure and book the wedding guests and keep them up to date with payment due dates. I am also more than happy to arrange all the trip for the wedding couple and their guests. I am delighted to plan the wedding couples’ honeymoon also. I am here to take the stress off of the wedding couple so they can enjoy their wedding experience.
